Undergraduate Courses

All the available courses and their eligibility criteria for DDUGU Undergraduate Courses are given below in table format:

B.Sc. Biology	Passed 12th in Science Stream (Bio Group)

B.Com.	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam
B.Com. (Banking & Insurance)	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam
B.C.A.	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam with min. 40% marks
B.B.A.	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam with min. 40% marks
B.Sc. Agriculture	Passed 12th in Agriculture or Math Group or Bio Group
B.Sc. Home Science	Passed 12th in Math Group or Bio Group
B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam in any Stream
BA.LL.B. (Integrated Five-Year Program)	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam in any Stream
B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education)	Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream with min. 50% marks and having at least participation in the Inter-college or Inter-zonal or District or School competition in sports and games as recognized by AIU or IOA or SGFI or Government of India.
B.Sc. Sports	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam in any Stream
B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology	Passed 12th in Math Group or Bio Group with min. 45% marks for GEN or OBC & min. 40% marks for SC or ST
B.Sc. Physiotherapy	Passed 12th in Math Group or Bio Group with min. 45% marks for GEN or OBC & min. 40% marks for SC or ST
LL.B. (3 Years)	Min. 45% marks for GEN, 42% marks for OBC, and 40% marks for SC or ST in their final year examination (UG/PG). The admission process will be conducted according to the latest available criteria of BCI.
Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology	Passed 12th or Equivalent Exam in any Stream

Postgraduate Courses

All the available courses and their eligibility criteria for DDUGU Postgraduate Courses are given below in table format:

M.A. (Ancient History Archaeology and Culture, Defence and Strategic Studies, English, Education, Geography, Hindi, Mathematics, Medieval and Modern History, Political Science, Performing Art, Philosophy, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu, Visual Art)	Passed B.A. or B.Sc. and also passed the third-year exam in the concerned subject. Admission in Postgraduation (Arts and Science) the first year would be given only in any one of the subjects opted in graduation (third year)
M.Sc. (Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Agricultural Entomology & Zoology, Agricultural Extension, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Horticulture)	Passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) from any recognized University.
M.Sc. (Botany, Chemistry, Defence & Strategic Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology)	Passed B.A. or B.Sc. and also have passed the third year exam in the concerned subject. Admission in Post graduation (Science) the first year would be given only in any one of the subjects opted in graduation (third year)
M.Sc. Aquaculture	Bachelor’s with Fisheries or Zoology or Fishery Science or Industrial Fish and Fisheries or Aquaculture as one of the courses from a recognized institution or university
M.Sc. Industrial Chemistry	Passed B.Sc. and also passed the third-year exam in the concerned subject. Admission in Post graduation (Science) the first year would be given only in any one of the subjects opted in graduation (third year)
M.Sc. Plant Biotechnology	Passed B.Sc. in Science stream (Maths or Zoology group) from a recognized University, and have scored min. 55% (for GEN or OBC Categories) or 50% (for SC/ST Categories) marks.
M.Sc. Bioinformatics	Passed B.Sc. in Science stream (Maths or Zoology group) from a recognized University, and have scored min. 55% (for GEN or OBC Categories) or 50% (for SC/ST Categories) marks.
M.Com.	Passed B.Com. from any recognized University.
L.L.M.	Min. 55% marks in L.L.B.
M.B.A	Passed graduation with min. 40% marks
M.Sc. Agriculture	Passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) from any recognized University.
M.Ed.	Min. 50% marks or equivalent grade is required in any one of the following: L.T. B.A.B.E.d (Integrated) B.Sc. B.Ed. (Integrated) B.El. Ed. Graduation with D.El.Ed)
M.A. Continuing Education and Extension Work	Graduation in any stream with min. 40% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized university.
M.A. Economics	Passed B.A. or B.Sc. & in Graduation (third year) student must have opted for Economics or Mathematics or Statistics as a subject.
M.A. Home Science	Candidates with a B.A. degree with Home Science as a Compulsory subject or B.Sc. Home Science
M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication	Graduation or equivalent examination in any stream
M.A./M.Sc. Physical Education	Bachelor’s degree with at least 40% marks in any discipline with Physical Education as an elective subject up to a final year. Bachelor’s degree with at least 40% marks in any discipline with Physical Education as an elective subject up to a final year. or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with at least 40% marks.
Master in Hotel Management and Catering/Technology	Graduation or equivalent examination in any stream
Master of Science in Food Technology	Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university
M.Sc. Home Science (Resource Management, Food, and Nutrition, Clothing, and Textile)	Candidates with a B.Sc. degree with Home Science as a Compulsory subject
M.Sc. Microbiology	Passed B.Sc. from a recognized University in Science stream (Maths or Biology group)and have scored minimum 55% marks (for GEN or OBC Category) and 45% marks (for SC or ST category) Candidates. In Graduation (Third Year), the candidate must have opted for Botany or Zoology or Industrial Microbiology or Microbiology or Biotechnology.
M.Sc. Biotechnology	Passed B.Sc. in Science stream (Maths or Zoology group) from a recognized University, and have scored min. 55% (for GEN or OBC Categories) or 50% (for SC/ST Categories) marks.
M.Sc. Electronics	Passed B.Sc. from any recognized University and opted for either Physics or Electronics in the third year of Graduation.
M.Sc. Environmental Science	Passed B.Sc. (life Science) or B.Sc. (Biology) from any recognized University. In Graduation (Third Year), the candidate must have opted for Botany or Zoology or Industrial Microbiology or Microbiology or Biotechnology.

The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying Postgraduate exam for the candidates of GEN is 55%, and for Other Category candidates, the eligibility is 50%.
